OrilRiver is a free algorithmic stereo reverb made by Denis Tihanov. This plugin seriously rivals the quality of most commercial reverbs. Great sound and great interface (dark/light skins), super easy to use, and very low CPU usage. Add Atmospheric lushness to your mix.
Included in the instrument, a space reverb, a stereo/binaural system with a doppler to manage the global imaging of the sound source and a minimal set of Compressor and Limiter in order to stabilize the output level behavior.
Frontier by D16 Group is primarily a limiter VST plugin, but the software is so versatile that it can substitute a compressor in many situations. With its adjustable release time and the excellent auto-gain feature, Frontier can be used to quickly boost the loudness of an audio signal without destroying the dynamics. I often set it to slow release and use it to amplify a drum mix or to gently even out the volume of stereo buses.

Quite a few people I know that use the RenEQ don't seem to realize that there is a setup library for this plug. It's a great starting point and it really shows what this EQ can do. I did 2 folders for the stereo versions of Req 4 and Req 6. I put them in my / LIbrary / App Support / Logic / Plug-In Settings and they worked like a champ via the Library. Hopefully any RenEQ users out there will find them useful.

The Thicken plugin creates a new stereo doubled voice and overlaps it with the original source, making it great for emulating the effect of singing the same part twice. The controls are identical to the Widen plugin with the exception of a stereo spread control in place of the width knob.
Towards the top of the plugin are separate controls & displays for stereo spread, volume of the doubles, detuning and an equalizer that only affects the doubles. Users can replicate the signal up to four times, and there are per-voice controls that allow for fine adjustments of the doubled sounds. Controls include on/off, gain, pan, delay (0 to 100 ms), feedback, octaver, detune and modulation depth & rate.
Each algorithm can be run in mono, stereo or mono in/stereo out and the Input and Output Meters allow you to verify signal levels at a glance. The most noticeable feature, however, is center screen in a multi-dimensional realtime display.
